Hi. In the 80’s I worked for Gulf Air and the Biryani that they served in first class was the best I have ever tasted. Would anyone know which kind it was.
What a misinformed article. I just want to laugh. There is no mention of lucknowi or kolkata biriyani but apparently mumbai, bengaluru biriyani are good (hilarious coz they suck). Lucknowi or Awadhi biriyani is the real deal and goes on same level along with hyderabadi biryani. Next comes kolkata and malabar biryani. Research more before writing whatever. Lol
